Mr. Supreeth Hiremath holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and brings strong technical expertise in the design and execution of civil engineering projects. With academic specialization in structural systems and practical exposure to reputed builders and multinational Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms, he possesses a deep understanding of construction methodologies, quality systems and project execution strategies.

He has been actively involved in planning, coordination and execution of residential, commercial and industrial projects, ensuring strict adherence to drawings, specifications and safety standards. His leadership focuses on disciplined execution, quality assurance and timely delivery, while maintaining effective coordination with clients, consultants and stakeholders. His technical knowledge combined with hands-on experience forms the backbone of AIHIKA Constructions’ operational excellence.

Mr. Shrikanth Gowda

Managing Partner

Mr. Shrikanth Gowda is a Civil Engineer with strong hands-on experience in site execution, construction management and coordination of building projects. Having worked in professional environments including MNC-associated projects, he has developed practical expertise in handling day-to-day site activities, vendor coordination and workforce management.

He plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of projects through effective planning, supervision and quality control at site level. His approach emphasizes timely completion, efficient resource utilization and adherence to safety practices. With a strong focus on execution excellence and client satisfaction, he contributes significantly to delivering projects that meet both technical and operational standards.
